This job requires working weekends and Bank holidays.

Key responsibilities of this role:

- To establish & maintain the highest standards of 5 star cleanliness in all lodges and public lodge areas commensurate with a luxury 5 star Resort Hotel.

- To establish a routine and plans so that all lodges are maintained to the highest 5 star standards in relation to furniture, fittings, carpets and coverings.

- Manage Customer Service Relations with all Lodge Guests.

- Ensuring effective communication and delivery of services to the Lodge Department from the Resort Management team including the Facilities Manager, IT Manager, Lodge Reservations Co-ordinator, Head Gardener, Sales & Marketing, HR and all stakeholders and service providers.

- Prepares and manages all expense budgets including payroll ensuring it is within set company budgets.

- Supporting Internal and external audit processes such as Failte Ireland etc

- Liaising with Head Gardener to ensure external recreational gardens are maintained to a 5 star standard

-Liaising with marketing department to ensure lodge profiles are updated regularly and featured on all social media platforms to maximise potential

Requirements

- Experience within the Hotel or a Hospitality industry is highly desirable.

- Experience in facilities or property management is desirable

-Excellent communication and people management skills are essential.

- Opera or equivalent Property Management Systems (PMS) experience is beneficial

- 2/3 year’s Management experience in a similar role is desirable.

-Intermediate Computer Skills with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PP) packages is required.

-Excellent Grooming and Presentation.
