KOBW Architects are a Cork based firm of registered Architects and Masterplanners. Our work includes commercial, corporate, residential and educational architecture.
We are seeking an experienced and competent Office Administrator to join the company for an 8-month maternity cover contract.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years experience in an administrative/ secretarial role
Excellent organisation
Strong interpersonal relations
Good telephone manner
Typing skills (45wpm +)
Audio typing experience is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and competent with Power Point
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The role will include, but not be limited to the following:
Administrative duties such as answering phone calls, filing, responding to emails, preparing and issuing official documents
Greeting visitors, audiotyping, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of staff, database input and upkeep, preparing invoices
Liaising with external organisations to set up employee training sessions
Monitoring office supplies and ordering as necessary
Other duties as required
