Organic Horn Meal/Shavings
An organic slow release nitrogen fertilizer which is safe for sensitive plants. With a high organic matter content, horn meal improves the structure of the soil and feeds micro organisms too. Made from cooked horn and hoof waste without any additives.
Properties:
In wet conditions, begins releasing nutrients after 3-5 weeks for approx. 3-4 months.
Contains: 14% N and 2% S.
Organic substance: 91%.
Application:
Vegetable, Fruit and Ornamental plants - 50-60g per m². Spread on the the soil and rake in.
Potted plants - add approx. 10g for every litre of soil/compost.
