Ghillie suits are designed as the next step up in camouflage - more effectively disguise your profile when out shooting/gaming. However they can get a little bulky, and if you`re mostly lying prone, half of the suit just isn`t necessary.
Enter the Ghillie shroud! This piece is a concealment accessory, worn on your back, with attachment points for local flora (or use ghillie yarn to further alter the shape). Much easier to move in, faster to put on and take off, and more breathable.
These still come in a handy stuff-sack (although much like a sleeping bag, getting it stuffed back in might be a problem)!
