We are looking for an experienced Baker with a focus on Confectionery. Collins SuperValu Carrigaline is one of Irelands largest SuperValu stores which has remained in family ownership for over 150 years. As such we are renowned for our high standards of fresh food quality and innovation.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the production of confectionery as well as mixing, rolling, and baking bread
Experienced Confectioner
Ability to work with bread
Live within commuting distance of Carrigaline Co. Cork
Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety
Please Note
The position is a full time one working 45 hours for 5 days in the week.
The Bakery is modern and bright with all new equipment.
The town of Carrigaline has a friendly village atmosphere yet only 20 mins from Cork City and close proximity to the airport and the coast.
Skills:
Production of Confectionary and Pastries in volume, Mixing and production of Fresh and Dry Cake, Creative cake decoration in volume, Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety
