ABOUT CONCEPT CLEANING
We are a small cleaning company based in Cork. We commenced in 2008. I commenced the business of window cleaning and quickly branched out to commercial work including power washing and cleaning of plaster. I see myself as an expert at this type of work.
In recent years, I experimented with soaps and other cleaning agents. I came up with a formula to clean all hard surfaces. We call it Benz Black Wash. A company in Cork manufactures this product for under strict european laws and we can provide all data sheets on this product on request. We specialise in cleaning colour render/spray plaster, cladding ,window cleaning inside and outside, power washing and gum removal. This type of plaster was used everywhere in the boom years as it was quick and easy to apply. There is a huge problem with this render now. Buildings sprayed with that plaster at that time are now black, green and red with algae and looks dreadful. We have the solution to clean these buildings without using power-washers (as you cannot power-wash this render plaster). We simply spray on our black-wash if the plaster is black, and if green ,Benz bio wash. This process uses very little water compared to power washing.
